Still #1 in Chicago!

David Burke’s Primehouse was selected as the #1 pick for’s “9 Essential Steakhouses” story.   Our mention names our steaks as “arguably the best in town”, highlighting the 28 and 75 day dry-aged ribeyes, as well as the cake in the can dessert, and our dry-aging room.  We’re in good company with Bavette’s, Chicago Cut and Gibson’s also being named to the list.  See clipping and link to story below.
